Thank you for joining us!

Thank you to our community partners for helping us make this vigil a success!
We'd like to give Shannon VanLandingham and Adrianne Nunez a shout-out for sharing their impactful stories and experiences about why this topic means so much to them.
Thank you to Robyn Wagner from Bert Nash, Sarah Grandgenett from the #BeMoreLikeClaire Legacy Board, and D.A. Valdez for reading, Brian Byers for taking photos, Mark Crabtree for filming, and Richards Music for lending us a sound system. We are so grateful for you!

What is the Clothesline Project?
What: The Clothesline Project is a collective public exhibit of t-shirts created by survivors of violence and those who have lost a loved one to violence. In the public display, each shirt is hung so that viewers can witness the impact of domestic violence in our community. Join us in this empowering event designed to bring healing to survivors of violence, education about violence, and violence prevention.
Who: Write your story as a survivor, or tell the story of the one you are there to remember. Anyone who has experienced domestic violence, at any time in their life, is encouraged to come forward and design a shirt to represent their story. Victim's families and friends are encouraged to participate. Where: You can create your shirt at home, or at the event. If you want to create your shirt that night, bring a white or light colored t-shirt you can write on. We will have some extra shirts and sharpies available; if you have an extra t-shirt, bring it along for someone else to use. In your design, please do not include your name or any other identifying information in your design. |
